Chia Pudding (Daniel Fast approved!)

Dessert for breakfast doesn't always have to be an indulgence! This chia pudding recipe will take you no more than 5 minutes, and will give you a nutrient packed punch for any breakfast (or dessert)!
What you need:
1 Mason Jar ( I use a 32 oz jar)
Ingredients:
• 3 or 4 tablespoon Chia seeds
• 1 cup Nut milk (I personally love walnut milk)
• Cinnamon (to taste)
• 3 chopped Dates
• 2 caps of Vanilla Extract
• 2 tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder
The Doings:
Pour all of your ingredients into the mason jar, stir well, and let them sit overnight in your fridge. A good proportion of seeds to milk = 3 Tbsp chia seeds : 1 Cup milk.
If you like your chia pudding a little thicker add more chia seeds.
This is a great recipe to play around with! If you want to add some sweetness into your life drizzle a bit of maple syrup into the mix. But the dates work beautifully for that sweet factor.
